Why would you charge for a coffee when I wanted my special coffee cup refilled? Aggravating. From a good customer who spent $150 at the last meal?
Dear Mr. Shinder, First of all, thank you for dining in our restaurant last night. You ordered a double espresso, which does not come with free refills. Afterwords, you ordered a regular decaf coffee which we charged for, as it is a new coffee order. Then a refill of of your decaf coffee was requested and given free of charge. Cabotto's does not charge for refills of regular or decaf coffee, only for specialty coffee and espresso. This is common practice in all restaurants and coffee shops.
